Welcome to the Information Website for the Appstack Settlement

If prerecorded telephone calls were directed to your cellular telephone, you could get a payment from a class action Settlement.

This website contains information regarding a proposed class action settlement that has been approved by the Court in Booth, et al. v. Appstack, Inc., et al., Case No. 2:13-cv-01533-JLR.

The settlement resolves a lawsuit involving allegations that the Defendants, Appstack, Inc., Steve Espinosa, and John Zdanowski (collectively, “Appstack”) violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) by using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or a prerecorded voice to make calls to persons on their cellular telephones on or after August 27, 2009. The class representatives claim that Appstack did not have the recipients' permission to make these calls. Appstack denies all allegations of wrongdoing in the lawsuit.
